Public Service Announcement! A friend of mine has sent out the following plea: "If anyone hears of a decent apartment or roommate deal please let me know. I'm homeless as of the end of the month." He's looking in the New York and nearby New Jersey area, and I can vouch that he's a good guy with a lot of amusing anecdotes.
