Speaking of irredeemingly sad, am I the only one who feels sorry for the poor bastard who has to do the weekend and overnight traffic reports for New Jersey 101.5 FM? They make a big deal about have traffic reports four times an hour, 24 hours a day, but this really means that at 2:00 a.m. on a Saturday some poor bastard has to read a report that's basically "Things looking good on the Turnpike north and south, Garden State Parkway's clear, no trouble to report on 22 or 78, I-287 moving quickly at this time..." over and over again because 99.9% of the time there just ain't any traffic at two-freaking-a.m. For some reason this really bugs me.

And speaking of not a bit creepy, it has occurred to me that all you need to do to turn a near-porn magazine layout into a fashion layout is mention the price of the lingerie.
