More Fun With Fast-Food Loiterers! So I was walking by the semi-bootleg Gray's Papaya on 23rd Street when this guy asks me if I had "change for a hot dog," and for a second I thought it would be really funny if I pulled out four cocktail wieners, but really, what are the odds I'd have those on me?
